8 Account Closure & Termination of Service

- Temporary Pause: Your account can be paused for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
- Rule violations may result in account suspension without prior notice.
- Extended inactivity: accounts with no activity for 12 months will be marked as dormant.
Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened. However, any remaining balance will be refunded subject to verification.
